- Sample temperature from room temperature up to 1500C° continuous and 2000C° flash. Liquid Nitrogen is also available.
- Isolation Voltage up to 30kV possible
- Optional: Motorization of X and Y axes. Highest resolution stepper motors, controller with software access from our LEEM program to perform automated imaging of large sample areas
