Our preparation chambers are made to fit the requirements for your PEEM or LEEM experiments. They guarantee fast sample exchange using a fast pumping load-lock, sample preparation facilities (sputtering and gas dosing), a heating stage and a sample parking place for up to 5 cartridges.
